I am proud to be an EMDRIA-certified therapist and approved consultant, with advanced training and expertise in EMDR, a highly effective approach to trauma treatment. Additionally, as a member of ATSA; The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abuse, I bring specialized knowledge and sensitivity to working with individuals impacted by abuse, offering a safe and supportive environment for healing.

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), who provides psychotherapy to adolescents and adults, within Nevada, Texas, Colorado, and Utah. I first earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with a minor in Sociology) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, before continuing on to receive my Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California.

I specialize in helping individuals heal from the effects of complex trauma, including those who have experienced abuse. My work is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to creating safe, affirming spaces where clients feel seen and valued. I integrate several evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each person:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):
Using this powerful method to process and resolve traumatic memories, freeing clients from their emotional grip.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS):
Guiding clients to connect with and heal their inner parts, fostering self-compassion and harmony within.

  • Brainspotting:
A deeply somatic approach to uncovering and resolving trauma stored in the body.

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT):
Helping clients reframe harmful thought patterns and build emotional resilience.

 My Values

My practice was born out of a desire to help individuals heal from systems of oppression and provide affirming and open-hearted care. I am passionate about creating structural social change and providing inclusive spaces where every voice is heard and where every life is valued. Aiming to create environments that support people in overcoming systemic barriers while emphasizing care, equity, and social change.

Striving to empower clients by actively involving them in their healing process. Collaborative goal-setting and honoring clients autonomy in order to assist in rebuilding a sense of agency and control, often diminished by traumatic experiences.
